The newly donated waste collection truck is expected to significantly enhance Panda commune's waste collection and transportation capacity, helping create a cleaner and healthier living environment for local residents.

The agricultural supplies were carefully selected to meet the urgent needs of local farmers ahead of the rainy season, with the aim of improving cultivation efficiency and crop yields, laying a solid foundation for a bumper harvest.

In his speech at the donation ceremony, the mayor of Panda commune expressed gratitude to the company for its care and support for the commune.

"This waste collection truck will greatly improve Panda's sanitation conditions and make life more comfortable for our residents," he said. "The donation represents not only material assistance but also friendship and a strong sense of responsibility."

"The agricultural supplies and tools are exactly what our farmers need. They will help increase productivity and income, bolstering villagers' confidence in the future," said the chairperson of the local community development committee.

"We look forward to working hand in hand with the company to turn hope into reality," the official added.

With a long-standing presence in the DRC, the company's direct parent company, China Nonferrous Mining Hong Kong Holdings Limited (CNMHK), has consistently committed to growing together with local communities.

Looking ahead, CNMHK will continue to uphold the guiding principles of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), namely extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits, actively fulfill its social responsibilities, and deliver more projects that benefit local livelihoods, thus writing a new chapter of cooperation and development.
